"The left side of Pedersgata"

These pictures were taken as part of an assignment in school.
During the subject about The history of Photography we had an assignment were we had to document the building, people and life at Pedersgata - one of the old streets in Stavanger. This is my result of the assignment.
I choose to take pictures of the street buildings of the left side of the street. I aimed to have a "red line" in the images by trying to take the pictures as similar as possible and with the tree as the main red line through them......

"Street life in Antibes"

These pictures was a result on an assignment at school.
The theme was The history of Photography and we had 10 photographers to choose from. I choose to write my essay about the French photographer Henry Cartier-Bresson who´s considered the "father" of photojournalism and street photography. I had to try and copy his style. Luckily I was in France at the moment so these pictures are taken in Antibes in October 2010. Her´s my result......

"Big photoshoot in the modern days"

"The lonley worker"

"Happily ever after"

"Little girl waiting"

"Selfportrait......."

Photos by Mona Lisa Christensen

The Deep
Suddenly
I began to sink

Deeper and deeper

Far down
Into the depths

I was swallowed by darkness
Felt that I drowned

Could not see the light
Could not see the road again

The Panic
The Fear
The Battle

Finally

I saw a flash of light
Far up there

Didn´t give up
Fought on and
Swam up

I made it

I managed to get up again
From The Deep
