The Deep

Suddenly

I began to sink

Deeper and deeper

Far down

Into the depths

I was swallowed by darkness

Felt that I drowned

Could not see the light

Could not see the road again

The Panic

The Fear

The Battle

Finally

I saw a flash of light

Far up there

Didn´t give up

Fought on and

Swam up

I made it

I managed to get up again
